Life and work keeps me busy! There is so much going on!
January brought around two weeks of Missions Fests and our Ukraine national director to the States. Getting ready for and attending the Missions Fests seemed to consume the whole month!

Dima and newly met Washington friends

February flew by with no time to spare, leaving for Singapore and other Asian countries to visit our staff and kids there. How great it was to spend time with the kids and get to know them! The children at our OH orphanage, Garden Home, are wonderful! So many characters and personalities. They are growing and doing well in school. If only we could have stayed longer....

Me, and some of the kids at Garden Home

Though our February trip was wonderful to see the progress of our GH children, we also saw other needs. Encouraging orphanages on the weekend with our staff, we saw children who do not get meat, fruits, or vegetables on a regular basis. Their needs are great. We need financial help to enable us to give these children the help they need! Monthly help is especially needed.

March brought us reluctantly back to the States. While missing the kids I had quickly fallen in love with, it was still good to see the friends I have grown to love in Washington. Getting the chance to tell stories and show pictures was a great consolation. As jet lag wore off, the tasks waiting for me began to bring themselves to the front.

We have seven ladies signed up for our Ukraine team in July at the moment. I am praying that God will send three guys to join us in giving God's love to the kids. In Ukraine, we will be providing a summer camp program for two weeks. In preparation for this we send a shipment to Ukraine that will arrive there before we do. Realizing that the shipment date is the end of this month doesn't leave much time for gathering supplies or ordering what we will need.

In the whirl-wind past few weeks, we've created a flyer with details about our shipment, and now have people in charge of collection at several points in Washington. It will all come together the last week in April. (That will be when I am put to the test!)

If you would like to help on that from wherever you are, there are some items that will need to be ordered. Shipping will likely be around $1000 it's self. Click on the above links to help us with these areas.

This week I am in lovely Jackson Hole Wyoming! A friend of mine has been able to connect me with speaking engagements in a couple churches and I am praying that God will make more connections, showing His care for the kids.

Please continue to pray for me and OH.
Specifically:
- For the organization of this months' shipment.
- For God's provision in it.
- For the camp program planning.
- The summer quickly approaching.
- That God would abundantly supply for the needs of the kids.

But don't forget to praise Him for:
~ A new orphanage in Asia
~ The spring
~ His provision in the past
~ The great things He is always doing
