The story is yet to be told of how I got myself in a car wreck, except somehow it was God and He was working every detail out perfectly! How does a wreck become an answer to prayer? Beats me! but somehow I think it was. His hand could be seen over it all and is still manifesting itself because of it.

God has really been showing me His perfect, careful provision the whole time I've been here in Washington. It's been amazing to watch! One of the ways was through the wreck. The car got all banged up on Friday. Tuesday we were able to drive to Seattle to get another vehicle! It was totally perfect!!

Now, the reason I'm writing this, is because God had all that planned out too.... I think you know that Steve, my boss, is in Asia. That makes me the one to be here getting things done in the US. The wreck happened not long before he left. We had gotten so close to getting the title switched over before he left, but not close enough. There was a 15 day time limit and it was ending Tuesday! Monday I went in and tried to get it done, but their computers were down. ("Ok, God," I said in my head, "You've got to get their computers working tomorrow.") He did!

When we were at the part where they need your address, I told it to the lady, and the other man who works there, turned around and asked if I "knew that missionary guy on North Road." Of course "that missionary guy" was Steve, and it turned out to be a neat opportunity to share about Orphan's Hope. So that's the first half.

The second half is, God has provided a place to stay in Leavenworth when my time is up house sitting. The family I'll be staying with has invited me to start staying with them and coming to church whenever I want. So tonight the wife and I went to church together. As I was exiting, guess who was there. A lady came up to me wanting to introduce herself... she was the licensing guy's wife! He had come home and told his wife about seeing me at work and hearing about Orphan's Hope! It turns out she has a big heart for orphans.... Is that not totally God all over?!

And all that because of a wreck! (God is just amazing.)
